Abstract
Abstract. An assessment of vitamin  D status was performed in firefighters of the  State Firefighting Service of Russia Emercom. It is shown that  among young men  – firefighters vitamin D deficiency is quite common and  in the  summer months, reduction of vitamin D levels below 50 nmol/L  was found in 35 % of cases. These data support an association of low vitamin D levels with the  development of osteodeficiency and pathology of hard tissues of the  teeth, and  show the need for control and correction of the vitamin D status.

Abstract. Homeostasis measures were  analyzed in women with primary dysmenorrhea  who  underwent military service in the  extreme conditions in Transdniestria.  The  multidirectional changes  in peripheral blood corpuscles, biochemistry parameters and  blood serum hormones were  revealed in these women. It was  determined that  military women have menstrual cycle disorders classified as dysmenorrheal that are related to the increased cortisol concentration and  the  trend to  prolactin increase, while in female civilians this disorder is related to the increased follicle stimulating hormone. Dysmenorrheal military women who take  part  in military actions are characterized with metabolic disorders with the  domination of catabolic reactions and the changes in blood serum lipid profiles. It is suggested by  lower  cholesterol, high  density lipoprotein and  higher triglyceride levels as compared to patients from the control group.

Abstract. In order to  reveal features of alcohol attributed mortality  (AAM) in Arkhangelsk city and indicators of its undercount in statistical forms, entire array  of death certificates (106/у 08 form) for the time period from  July  1,  2011  to  June 30,  2012  г. were analyzed. Mean  age at death from  alcohol attributed conditions was  50.8  years (95  % CI: 49.2–52.5), age at death from other conditions – 68.1  years (95 % CI: 67.5–68.6). In all the  age groups, alcohol related mortality  in men  exceeded that  in women 2 fold  and more. The highest AAM among men  was registered at 40–59, among women –  at  50–69 years; maximal relative  losses from  AAM are  in population of 30–39 years. In every  second case of death from  external causes, high  or  lethal  ethanol concentrations were revealed in blood. Based on analysis of medical records and  statistical forms, a group of features suggesting misrepresentation of AAM scale and  structure.

Abstract. In the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), chronic viral hepatitis B, C and D, as well as their remote adverse outcomes are  registered very  often. In spite of the continuing risk of transplant infection in the postoperative period, liver transplantation is the  only method for treatment of such patients. Transplantation of the  liver from  living related donor considerably reduces the  time  of the  recipient's staying on  the waiting  list.

Abstract. Using mass spectrometry with inductively coupled plasma, concentrations of  30  chemical elements were determined in the hair of 332 liquidators of the Chernobyl accident, residents of different areas of the  North  West  region of the  Russian Federation. There was  no association between bio  elements and the  resulting dose; however, significantly higher levels of lead  were  revealed in the  group of persons worked at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant in 1988 compared with 1986  and  1987. Also,  the  level  of lead  load  is directly proportional  to  the  length of  stay  in the contaminated area. These data make it possible to give additional instructions  on  corrective therapy in liquidators Chernobyl APP accident.

Abstract
Abstract. Effectiveness of  anti  hypoxic drugs (riboxin  and  hypoxen) in preoperational patients for optimization of recovery processes after major cavitary surgeries is presented. In a randomized controlled study, there were 36 patients (27 males and 9 females) aged 26–70 years monitored at  the  emergency and intensive care department. In addition to a standard preoperational regimen for  3 days, they  received: Group 1 (n = 12) riboxin 200 mg (KhFC Akrikhin public corporation, Staraya Kupavna, Moscow region); Group 2 (n = 12) hypoxen 140 mg (Closed Oliphen corporation, Moscow) once per  day  as i/v drop infusion. The third (control) group (n = 12) included patients who received standard preoperational regimen. It was  established that  the  study drugs contributed to the  stabilization of heart rate and systolic output in the early postoperative period, reduced the  severity of metabolic changes  in the body due to the development of hypoxia, improved the  condition of patients and  reduced time  in the intensive care unit. Riboxin was shown to be  the  most effective during the first days (hours) after surgery, and effects of hypoxen are  more durable (up to 5 days).

Abstract
In 146  military  men   parameters or personality structure were assessed during a premorbid period of neurotic disorders using a  multifactorial personality method.  Significant differences  were revealed, particularly for scales 2, 4, 5 and 6 compared with a  control group. A significant correlation wasshown between parameters of Scale 1 and scales 3, 8, 4, 7; between parameters of Scale 4 and  scales 6, 7, 8 of a  standardized method for  studying personality (SMIL). Results suggest that  changes in these scales are   interrelated, e.g.  neuroticovercontrol as a phenomenon combines emotional ability, trait anxiety, imbalanced unsociability and  impulsion; an impulsion phenomenon is associated with rigidity and trait anxiety. It was established that a premorbid period of borderline mental disorders is a process of premorbid personality structure development, with progressive increase in certain personality traits  reflected by SMIL scales 2, 4, 7, 8 and  9 on approaching to disease manifestations.

Abstract
The  factor of ethnocultural distinctions may impede an effective psychotherapeutic influence. The  experience of  using a  short term integrative psychotherapy (The Role Switching by S.P.  Semenov) in multicultural environment demonstrates that  this technology, due  to  its  internal organization, allows weakening the  said  factor to a certain degree.

Abstract
The  purpose of the  present study is to substantiate basic techniques for alcoholism prevention. Three groups of adolescents with varying degrees of alcohol consumption were  examined: the first (control) group consisted of teens (n = 60) without alcohol experience;  the  second group included adolescents who  take  alcohol occasionally (n = 64); the  third  group consisted of teens (n = 60)  with high level of alcohol consumption. Clinical psychological, experimental psychological methods were used, as well as statistical methods for the  analysis of empirical results. It was  established that  alcohol intake in adolescence can  be  regarded as an  inadequate  way of  coping with  stress, caused by  intrapersonal conflicts. Fixation of this method leads to aggravation of social and  psychological maladjustment and  is complicated by formation of alcohol dependence.

Abstract. Importance and  urgency of improving professional psychological selection of pilots has been reaffirmed. The article analyzes the results of MМYa 1 test intended to define the  dominant style  of human behavior and  a questionnaire to determine the level of subjective control (LSC). In accordance with the basic personality characteristics by SL Rubinstein, MМYa 1 has  3 scales of orientation: on  substantive work,  on other people and  on  own  self.  It was  revealed that social responsibility trends to negatively correlate with such behavior characteristics as the focus on own self and positively – with the focus on the substantive work. A fact  of  the  negative correlation of  all kinds  of internality by LSC with such indicator of the  style  of behavior as the  focus on other people was  revealed, which  is not  completely clear and  requires a  more detailed analysis. 80%  of  pilots  surveyed have  a conformist style  of behavior and  78%  – the  average level of social responsibility.

Abstract. Effects of  holistic  correction using medical and  psychological complexes on parameters of brain bioelectrical activity were assessed in patients with neurotic and  somatoform disorders. Registered electroencephalography parameters were  shown to gradually increase during treatment in patients of the main group. The results were considered as suggesting a beneficial influence of holistic correction on condition and  higher functions of central nervous system. It was shown that  using holistic  correction for treatment of patients with neurotic and  somatoform disorders of stress origin  is substantiated by holistic  influence on various pathogenesis parts, as well as by immediate and  adaptive responses in examines persons.

Abstract
The  algorithm for creating an  array  of native  scientific articles in the  field of socio occupational disease groups in the electronic resources of  the  Russian Science  Citation   Index  (RSCI)  is described. The  search in the  created array  revealed articles on morbidity of firefighters and rescue workers. In the  2005–2012, in RSCI 57 articles were  indexed in the field of morbidity analysis in firefighters and rescuers. «Search noise» was 28 % of the publications, ie actually 41 articles were  found. The total number of citations of the articles was 89, the average number of citations per one  article –  1.56, Hirsch  Index  –  5.  For  Russian publications, this is a fairly high rate of citing. Presented scientometric parameters testified about the  demand for and  importance of the study. The largest number of publications in the  field of morbidity in firefighters and rescue workers were prepared by employees of the East Siberian Scientific Center, Siberian Branch of the Academy of Medical Sciences (14 articles), All Russian Center of Emergency and  Radiation Medicine, Russian Ministry  of Emergency Situations (10  articles), All Russian Research Institute for Fire Protection, Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations (6 articles). Summarized contents of articles is presented, and their bibliographic records can be found in the reference list.

Abstract
Low integration of  Russian scientists into  the international scientific community (the  contribution of Russian science in the  world science is less than  2 % from  330  thousand  scientific articles in leading international databases indexed more than  10 %, from more than  3,000 journals, Scopus contains only 325, including translated ones  affiliated   with  foreign publishers) calls  for the  active  promotion of national journals and  papers in reviewed international bibliographic databases.   Basic    provisions   of international publishing standards  are  described. Particular attention is paid to the production criteria of scientific journals in the  Web of Science (Thomson Reuters, USA) and  Scopus  (Elsevier, Holland), which index  more than  90 % of world scientific articles. The best options for the structure of the Russian language articles and  transliteration of the list of references are presented. Analysis of the main problems that arise for editors and  authors of articles when  promoting their materials to  foreign databases  has  shown that  they are  associated not only with content, but with the lack of  knowledge of  foreign languages  and   foreign standards of publishing activities.
