THE MOTIVATION FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE BATTLE ACTIONS AND ITS INFLUENCE ON THE SEVERITY OF THE PSYCHOLOGICAL CONSEQUENCES

Abstract
The positive and negative motivation for participation in war actions was analyzed in 64 police officers. Psychological and somatic consequences at combatants, depending on their motives for staying in an armed conflict zone are provided. There were identified that persons with unfavorable motivation for participation in war actions have more negative consequences, than employees with positive motivation for extreme activities.
