Современные концепции хирургического лечения передней нестабильности плеча у военнослужащих

Аннотация

Актуальность. Нестабильность плеча охватывает широкий спектр патологии, отмечается достаточно высокий уровень ее распространенности с тенденцией к росту.
Цель - оценить комплексный алгоритм диагностики и предоперационного планирования, учитывающий индивидуальные особенности пациента и нацеленный на оптимизацию выбора эффективной тактики лечения.
Методология. Объект исследования составили научные статьи, проиндексированные в реферативно-библиографической базе данных Российского индекса научного цитирования (РИНЦ) и международной базе данных Scopus в 2005-2019 гг.
Результаты и их анализ. Проанализированы основные подходы к оценке внутрисуставных повреждений, принципиальные для выбора оптимальной индивидуальной тактики лечения, включающие интерпретацию факторов риска неудачного клинического исхода и возникновения рецидива. Обобщены данные о клинической результативности основных методов оперативного лечения патологии и перспективах их развития. Выделены наиболее часто встречающиеся виды осложнений, факторы риска их возникновения. В концепции хирургического лечения передней нестабильности плеча отмечается технологическое и научное совершенствование методов диагностики и планирования с целью получения максимально полной объективной клинической картины и верификации факторов риска для подбора оптимального и персонализированного оперативного пособия.
Заключение. Развитие перспективных технологий лечения, в том числе аддитивных, позволит выйти на качественно новый уровень оказания медицинской помощи, повысить эффективность и снизить риск осложнений.
