SUPPORT OF LIVER TRANSPLANTATION STAGES IN PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC VIRUS HEPATITIS AT THE STAGE OF CIRRHOSIS/LIVER CANCER IN SAKHA REPUBLIC (YAKUTIA)

Abstract

Abstract. In the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), chronic viral hepatitis B, C and D, as well as their remote adverse outcomes are  registered very  often. In spite of the continuing risk of transplant infection in the postoperative period, liver transplantation is the  only method for treatment of such patients. Transplantation of the  liver from  living related donor considerably reduces the  time  of the  recipient's staying on  the waiting  list.
