Morphometry, bacteriological research were used. Healing process was described in wounds of various etiology. Wound coverings Fibrotul-Ag and WD.Ag-silkofix provide controlled wound healing. With them, wounds heal under optimal conditions; dressings are well tolerated by patients and should be changed less frequently. Therefore, they can be considered as promising preparations for the local conservative treatment.
