ОККУЛЬТНЫЙ ГЕПАТИТ В, ЕГО РОЛЬ В РАСПРОСТРАНЕНИИ ИНФЕКЦИИ И РАЗВИТИИ ГЕПАТОЦЕЛЛЮЛЯРНОЙ КАРЦИНОМЫ (ОБЗОР)

Аннотация
Разновидность формы течения хронического вирусного гепатита В, при котором его основной серологический маркер (HBsAg) отсутствует, а ДНК HBV определяется с высоким уровнем репликации в печени и редко в сыворотке крови, получила название оккультного гепатита В. Единственным маркером оккультного гепатита В могут быть суммарные антитела к сердцевинному (core) белку вируса – anti-HBc. Рассматриваются факторы, влияющие на возникновение оккультного гепатита В, распространение его среди населения и развитие гепатоцеллюлярной карциномы. Обсуждается необходимость разработки новых диагностических тест-систем для обследования доноров крови и органов, а также скрининга людей из групп риска.
