Abstract

Application of wound dressings with bioactive nano-complex - fullerenol and silver-modified montmorillonite at prehospital stage is justified in the settings of natural and man-made disasters, local armed conflicts, accompanied by the appearance of burns, severe mechanical trauma, gunshot bullet and mine blast wounds
